It also self-adjusts the temperature to "keep warm" at the end of cooking. Ceramic cooking insert, stay-cool handles and a well-fitted tempered glass lid (keeps moisture and flavor inside). Lid and insert are dishwasher safe. 6.5-qt. cooker (320 watts) is 16" l x 11" w x 9 1/4" h.

I have used this product only once since I purchased it and it truly served my need. I was able to place a hold chicken in it and still had room for vegetables. I just love the striped. design!!!!!!
