How does GrandPointe protect my personal information?	To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
How does GrandPointe collect my personal information? Why can't I limit all sharing? What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?	Your choice will apply to everyone on your account.
Definitions
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial or nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include financial companies such as DM Services, Inc. and nonfinancial companies such as Midnight Velvet, Ginny's, Through the Country Door, Swiss Colony, Monroe & Main, and Integrated Marketing Services, Inc.
Nonaffiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Nonaffiliates we share with can include direct marketing companies.
Joint marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. We are not currently engaged in joint marketing of financial products.
Other important information
If you live in Vermont, we will not share information about your creditworthiness for our affiliates' everyday business purposes and we will not share information for nonaffiliates to market to you. If you live in California, we will not share information for our affiliates or nonaffiliates to market to you, and we will not share your information for joint marketing with other financial companies.
