RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and processing charges). If any product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 7 business days of its receipt.

Truck-Shipped Furniture must be returned for a refund or exchange, in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. Truck-Shipped items may not be canceled later than 24 hours from ordering. Please call us at 1-800-990-4545 to arrange for return of these items.
